But if you’re not, you’ll definitely benefit from this drink as it also contains essential amino acids and electrolytes.

In my opinion, 300mg of caffeine in a single serving’s a massive amount to have regularly. For reference, that’s more caffeine than a venti Starbucks drink, which only has around 225mg of caffeine.

But of course, if you have a high caffeine metabolism, this drink will surely give you the energy boost to increase your physical performance.

However, I wouldn’t advise you to have more than one can of Adrenaline Shoc Energy a day as the FDA recommends a daily caffeine intake of a maximum of 400mg only. So, having multiple cans of this drink will make you go over the limit.

It’s important to note that caffeine, although an amazing ingredient we all love, is associated with various health risks such as:

I’ll explain what these ingredients are and how they affect Adrenaline Shoc’s caffeine content down below.

Green coffee beans are unroasted coffee seeds. Thus, making them rich in chlorogenic acids, which contain antioxidants and promote anti-inflammatory properties.

An 8 fl.oz cup of green coffee contains around 100 mg of caffeine, depending on the brewing method, and they’re said to be effective for weight loss and promoting blood sugar regulation.

Guarana

Guarana seed extract comes from a Brazilian plant in the Amazon basin. These plants naturally contain caffeine, which is much stronger than regular caffeine from coffee beans.

Naturally, you get enough electrolytes from the food and beverage you consume daily. Then, it’ll leave your body through sweat and urine.

It’s important to note that if your body doesn’t have enough electrolytes, it may lead to an electrolyte imbalance. It mainly happens when your body is dehydrated, and it can cause you to experience fatigue, muscle weakness and even headaches.

That said, if you’re someone who constantly works out and you sweat a lot, you’re bound to lose electrolytes more than someone with a sedentary lifestyle. Thus, drinking a can of Adrenaline Shoc Energy can supply you with extra electrolytes.

Having two cans of Adrenaline Shoc already exceeds your caffeine limit for the day. 

So clearly, regularly having this energy drink will do more harm than good for your long-term health. If you’re someone with low caffeine metabolism, it’s best to avoid highly caffeinated beverages like this one.

Personally, I make sure to control my caffeine limit to around 50mg to 100mg caffeine a day. Going over the limit will leave me with some nasty side effects.

That said, there’s no denying that Adrenaline Shoc is the healthier choice when it comes to sugar content because it doesn’t contain any. Whereas a 16 fl.oz can of Monster has a whopping 52g of sugar, which is way more than the recommended daily sugar limit. 

On Amazon, you can find Adrenaline Shoc for less than around $30 for a pack of 12 cans, but 24 cans of Monster is only around $40. Although it seems pricier, you have to keep in mind that you’ll be getting 12 more cans than Adrenaline Shoc.

Considering that a 16 fl.oz can of Adrenaline Shoc contains natural caffeine blend and other special ingredients, I think the price is somewhat reasonable. 

Adrenaline Shoc does have more benefits than a sugary energy drink like Monster, but it’s still best to be careful of your intake due to its insanely high caffeine content.

Based on the analysis, it’s clear that Adrenaline Shoc does a good pretty good job for a performance boosting energy drink, especially since it’s both calorie and sugar-free.

With 300mg of natural caffeine blend and beneficial ingredients such as essential amino acids and electrolytes, a 16 fl.oz can of Adrenaline Shoc will surely increase your physical performance. However, I wouldn’t recommend having this drink regularly, as that much caffeine can lead to possible health risks in the future. 

Regardless of your caffeine tolerance, it’s still a wise decision to be cautious and not go overboard with energy drinks. Remember, energy drinks contain caffeine, and overconsuming can be dangerous.
