Arbonne Fizz Energy Review (My Take)

Are you vegan and having a difficult time looking for the perfect energy drink? Have you ever wanted to just cut out gluten, start a healthy life, and be more mindful of what goes inside your body?

Or maybe you’re just someone who wants to explore other options besides the conventional energy drink. If this is what you want, then Arbonne Fizz Energy might be for you.

A solid 8/10, Arbonne Fizz promises a cruelty-free product with low calories, low caffeine, and a gluten-free drink packed with nutrients for your body. While this is true, exactly how good is Arbonne Fizz? What’s inside Arbonne?

It’s time to find out the good, the bad, and the dirty of Arbonne Fizz. Let’s go!

What is Gluten-Free?

Gluten-sensitive people can’t have pastries that contain gluten.

Gluten-free is a lifestyle and diet that helps alleviate the distress of sensitivity with the complete or partial avoidance of certain foods that contain gluten. In this diet, most food is alright to intake, except for food that contains wheat, barley, rye, and triticale.

This kind of diet is beneficial to those who have celiac disease and other conditions associated with gluten sensitivity, including allergy. This helps them maintain a healthy body without digestive and metabolic consequences.

Some people also develop allergies associated with gluten. These people may have had this at birth, or it could happen anytime within someone’s life. Unfortunately, many people don’t know they’re gluten-sensitive or allergic until drastic reactions have happened.

What is Vegan?

Veganism can be fun and flavorful!

Veganism is a lifestyle diet that avoids any food related to, taken from, or disrupts the life of animals. Their advocacy is more on the ethical side rather than the nutritional side.

Vegans avoid milk, dairy, eggs, any food from animals or taken from them, and even skincare that was tested on animals. It’s truly more of a way of living rather than just a diet.

What’s inside my Arbonne Fizz?

Arbonne claims to cater to vegan and gluten-free diets and lifestyles. If you have a specific type of diet, you’ll always want to check what goes inside anything you eat or drink. I’m a little skeptical about whatever I put inside my system because things can have such lasting effects if we’re not careful enough.

In this section, I’ll be talking about what’s inside Arbonne Fizz. I’ll be showing you whether it truly lives up to its claims so you can decide for yourself if you’d like to give it a shot.

Ingredients of Arbonne Fizz

This is what’s inside every Arbonne Fizz serving.

The best way to see the ingredients present in this picture is to neatly put them on a list. I’ve made a table to fully assess whether Arbonne Fizz is truly vegan and gluten-free. In this table, you’ll be able to see whether it lives up to its claims.

If you look closely, the natural flavors are both labeled as “unsure” under both vegan and gluten-free categories.

This might be the case, but the company has an outstanding record.

In my opinion, I would believe them simply because they specialize in vegan and gluten-free products with their own list of unallowed ingredients.

Nutrition Facts of Arbonne Fizz

I couldn’t really see a clear nutrition facts part of Arbonne Fizz on my box, but I found one online that can serve as a basis. Here’s what I found, specifically the Strawberry Ginseng flavor:

Amount per serving
Calories20 calories
Sodium280 mg
Potassium170 mg
Total Carbohydrates5 g
Sugar2 g

Arbonne Fizz Energy Drink Nutrition Facts

I noticed that most of the listed factors on the nutrition facts seem to be in small quantities. Sodium, for one, only accounts for 12%, potassium for 5%, carbohydrates for 2% daily value. This is accounted for a 2000 calorie diet.

Notable Ingredients of Arbonne Fizz

Upon researching, I have found some ingredients that struck me the most. I’d like to share these with you. My favorite one would have to be Taurine for its rumored origins.

  • Nicotinamide
    • A nicotinic acid supplement. This might cause direct effects on the skin such as skin flushes in high doses, but 500 mg should be okay.
  • Taurine
    • Although vegan most of the time, Taurine was once taken from animals. Now, synthetic, vegan ones are in the market. At one point, it was even rumored to be found in bull’s urine.
  • Dextrose
    • Dextrose is considered a gluten-free product because, although it is made out of wheat, it is produced in a way that no gluten is left. I think this is because of the process it took, dissolving the gluten.

While most ingredients definitely have some sort of function, these three caught my attention the most. I find Dextrose to be interesting to learn more about, too, because of its said process to eliminate gluten.

How much caffeine does Arbonne Fizz have?

Arbonne Fizz has relatively a small amount of caffeine–only 55 mg per serving! That’s enough to boost you up in the morning to kickstart your day. In my opinion, this amount of caffeine is the best.

This is really good for those who are trying to cut down on caffeine or just don’t like a full-on buzz. It’s perfect for those whose tolerance isn’t so good, or overall just want to avoid the negative effects of caffeine.

How many calories does Arbonne Fizz have?

Arbonne Fizz only has 20 calories per serving, which is such a delight for people who are trying to lose weight.

I was honestly stoked about this because most energy drinks are high in sugar and calories. This is one of the few that can accommodate a certain diet.

While I understand that some people aren’t looking to lose weight, this option is definitely the best for people who just don’t want to add more numbers to their caloric intake.

How much sugar does Arbonne Fizz have?

Arbonne Fizz only has a total of 2g of sugar.

Perfect for people sensitive to sugar. Arbonne Fizz offers the best by only adding a few sweeteners. It may not appeal to people who have a sweet tooth, though.

I’m more than pleased to know this. Sugar can often be the culprit of many diseases. Eliminating one worry can be beneficial for adults whose metabolisms have slowed down from aging.

Does Arbonne Fizz have artificial sugar?

No, Arbonne does not have artificial sugar.

It does, however, have natural sugars like Stevia and cane sugar at a minimal amount.

One thing people should know about sugar is that just because sugar alternatives contain little to no properties of sugar, it doesn’t mean that it doesn’t affect insulin.

Even the sweet taste of sweetener options can trigger insulin release. This means that even though sweeteners may not be sugar, it still affects insulin levels. To keep things simple, sugar is okay in small quantities and artificial sugars aren’t necessarily better.

Flavors of Arbonne Fizz

Arbonne Fizz Strawbery Flavor is one of the four variations.

Arbonne Fizz’s flavors are far from their green-tea extracted caffeine taste. It’s on the fruitier side, though. They have 4 flavors that have to be mixed in water.

The Flavors:

  • Citrus
  • Strawberry
  • Pomegranate
  • Blood Orange

I personally think the flavors need some work done. It lacks in a kick and in my opinion, the blood orange one tastes kind of like medicine.

With the benefits of low sugar, calories, and caffeine, though, I wouldn’t really complain.

I can relate this to what a friend would often tell me. He often says, “substance over style.”

It’s not about how the drink tastes, but how it should affect your body, how it nourishes you, and how it leaves you feeling great after.

The Good, The Bad, The Dirty of Arbonne Fizz

Now, for an in-depth analysis of what I feel like are good, bad, and worse of Arbonne Fizz. I honestly had a pleasant experience with this product, but as I was learning more about it, there are just some things I feel like I should share.

The Good of Arbonne Fizz

  • Arbonne Fizz is low in calories, perfect to those who are trying to cut their weight.
  • Arbonne Fizz is also low in sugar, which is perfect for those who are health-conscious. I personally like this factor.
  • Arbonne Fizz doesn’t give you much of a caffeine crash which can affect your mood, sleep schedule, and focus.

The Bad of Arbonne Fizz

  • I feel like the taste could use some improvement. Something as developed and advanced like this should at least find some way to make the taste excptional, but this is only my take. Some people may find Arbonne delicious.
  • For $57 a pack of 30 sticks, it can be a bit pricey. If you’re on a budget, this may not be for you.

The Dirty of Arbonne Fizz

  • Too much of something isn’t the best. While Arbonne Fizz isn’t high in sugar, calories, and caffeine, it still has chemicals that may affect health. Green tea, the source of Arbonne Fizz’s caffeine, is a laxative, so it may affect colon muscles to contract more often, causing diarrhea.

If you feel like the bad and the dirty outweigh the good, then maybe Arbonne Fizz isn’t for you.

For people who enjoy the small amounts of caffeine, calories, and sugar, Arbonne Fizz can be the best. I personally feel like it’s decent enough.

Alternatives to Arbonne Fizz

If you’re looking for something that is just like Arbonne Fizz, I suggest you try Zipfizz. The calories and caffeine are also low, and there’s no sugar in this drink. Here’s a comparison if you’d like:

Arbonne FizzZipfizz
Caffeine55 mg100 mg
Calories20 calories20 calories
Sugar2 g0 g
Arbonne Fizz VS Zipfizz

If you want more caffeine kick, Zipfizz might be for you. But if you’re someone who wants just the minimal amount, Arbonne Fizz would be the best.

The difference in sugar isn’t that concerning. Sugar still plays a vital role in nutrition. Cutting it off completely can make you lose energy because we still need it for our body to function.

What do I feel about Arbonne Fizz? (The Review)

I give Arbonne Fizz a solid 8/10.

I feel like Arbonne Fizz has much to develop. While the perks of being gluten-free and vegan are amazing, I feel like it lacks in flavor.

I have to say, though, my problem in flavor wouldn’t be much of a concern, considering the drink has very minimal caffeine, calories, and sugar. I think all of those make up for a simple flavor problem.

Overall, I really like the claims of Arbonne Fizz.

It’s definitely one of the few energy drinks that isn’t going to affect your health much, if not make it better.
