How Much Caffeine Is In Bang?

That’s a lot of caffeine in one energy drink.
Because Bang has a ton of caffeine in one serving, I don’t recommend drinking Bang if you’re new to energy drinks or caffeine in general.
This is because everybody has a different tolerance toward caffeine, you may be a season caffeine drinker who can handle a large caffeine amount but the next person could be sensitive to caffeine, and drinking a little caffeine can cause severe side effects.
Caffeine is beneficial but only when consumed moderately.
A review reported that caffeine could improve and/or maintain your mood and performance during exhausting and mentally demanding tasks.
However, there’s a limit to how much caffeine you can consume in a day. According to the FDA, the recommended maximum daily caffeine intake for healthy adults is no more than 400mg.
Any more than that, and you might end up with negative effects like:

However, if you find yourself being unable to stay away from caffeine, you might have a caffeine addiction.
Sometimes a dependence on caffeine may be a sign of another disorder like anxiety or mood disorders. In this case, you should consult your doctor to help solve any problems you may be facing.

Bang Energy drink is completely sugar-free since it doesn’t contain any regular sugar.
Bang substitutes sugar with sucralose, an artificial sweetener that contains zero calories. The function of sucralose in our foods and drinks is to enhance their flavor.
Since sucralose doesn’t have any calories, Bang would be a great option to have to complement your diet as it won’t add to your daily calorie intake.
Plus, sucralose doesn’t raise your blood sugar levels, so even diabetics can consume sugar-free products like Bang. However, if you do have diabetes, before consuming sucralose or other sugar substitutes, you should consult your doctor first.
Sucralose – Is It Safe?
According to the FDA, sucralose is considered safe for consumption and use in food products. Sucralose has undergone a strict review and obtained approval from the FDA before it could be used in food products.

Caffeine can cause an increased blood pressure for around 3 to 4 hours, which is why your heart rate also increases after drinking caffeine. For healthy adults, this effect of caffeine doesn’t pose any risk at all.
But if you have high blood pressure or a pre-existing heart condition, you may want to steer clear of Bang’s elevated caffeine content as it could be harmful to your health. Instead, opt for something with low or moderate caffeine content.
Are Bang Energy Drinks Bad For Your Kidneys?
Apparently, if you consume Bang frequently, it can damage your kidneys over time but this applies to all other energy drinks out there as well.
According to this article, because caffeine is a diuretic, it can dehydrate your body and contract your blood vessels. Consuming large amounts of caffeine in a short time can lead to injury in your kidneys.
My advice is to consume Bang or any other caffeinated beverages for that matter sparingly. You’ll not only be doing your kidneys are huge favor, but your health will thank you too.
Is It Bad To Drink Bang Every Day?
It isn’t bad to drink Bang every day as long as you stick to having only one can of Bang in a day and consume it in moderation.
Like everything we eat and drink, we must consume them in moderation. It’s the same for Bang Energy drinks. If you limit your intake of Bang to one can per day and have a healthy lifestyle to balance it out, you’ll be okay.
But if you notice that you’re becoming easily irritable or tired and only feeling better after having a can of Bang, that means you have become dependent on the caffeine from Bang to uplift your mood and make your day better.
This isn’t good as it’s a sign of caffeine addiction and you should start cutting down on the number of cans of Bang you have in a week.
