Lack of sugar may not be life-threatening, but excessive consumption of sugar can lead to:

- Feeling jittery or anxious.

Baya and Monster are quite unhealthy, if you ask me, considering their sugar and caffeine content.
What you want are healthier options to avoid any health complications, I have listed some alternatives that you’ll enjoy and still get the boost of energy without getting sugar crashes or jitters.
- Monster and Baya are entirely different energy drinks, Monster is much more recognized than Baya as well.
- Baya comes only in three flavors.
- The monster comes in 89 versions.
- Baya contains 160 mg of caffeine and 22 g of sugar per 12 ounces.
- Monster has 86 mg of caffeine and 27 g of sugar per every 8.4-ounce.
- A 12-ounce serving of Baya has only 90 calories, while an 8.4-ounce serving of Monster has 101 calories.
- Monster and Baya have huge amounts of caffeine which can cause many side effects to caffeine-sensitive people, like increased heart rate.
