While excessive sugar can cause potential health complications, lack of sugar hasn’t been found to cause any health complications.
If you’re experiencing low blood sugar levels, you don’t need to consume sugar to get the levels up. You can consume fruits as they contain natural sugar.
Here’s a list of side effects that you can experience from consuming excessive sugar:

- Feeling jittery or anxious.
