Bing has 120mg of caffeine in their regular, 12 fl. oz can. While this amount is not exactly the highest compared to other energy drinks, it is enough to give you a significant energy boost.
This low amount also means that you can have more than one Bing cans a day, although you should try not to make this a habit.

But make sure you don’t make this a regular activity, as you might develop caffeine dependency which can significantly affect your health.
It is also essential to note your other sources of caffeine, such as chocolates and coffee, since you might unknowingly be ingesting too much caffeine.

Bing is suitable for healthy adults who need an energy boost for the day.
Bing is not recommended for children and teenagers since its caffeine content exceeds the recommended 100mg daily limit.
Pregnant women should also avoid Bing at all costs. It can cause the child to be born with low birth weight and, in some extreme cases, cause miscarriage.
The same goes for nursing women; the caffeine in Bing can be transmitted to the child through breast milk have detrimental effects on infants.
Is Bing Good For You?
If taken moderately and not misused, Bing can have your desired positive effects.
Caffeine causes the release of dopamine, the hormone that develops the feeling of pleasure, or the feel-good hormone.
But remember not to consume Bing more than twice a day, as they may cause addiction and dependency. Once you get dependent on these drinks, you’ll eventually face fatigue and depression when it wears off.
One drink a day can rid you of fatigue and allow you to stay awake the entire night if you need to. So, one or two drinks a day should be enough.
