Brein Fuel Review (Truth Exposed)

Brein Fuel has certainly made a reputation in the energy drink industry for being loaded with caffeine.

To be exact, it contains a staggering 360 mg of caffeine. Furthermore, it also contains 4g of sugar and 15 calories.

If you’re drawn to the idea of trying out this beverage, a word of warning first: the caffeine content is very much substantial and can possibly cause negative side effects, especially if you’re not used to high amounts of caffeine in a day.

Just like any other energy drink, Brein Fuel aims to improve your focus, alertness, and productivity, but it’s not always rainbows and butterflies.

I’d say that Brein Fuel is only suitable for certain lifestyles and diets and you have to look closely at its ingredients to see if it’s the drink for you.

The good news is that I’ll be doing a deep dive on the drink’s contents, flavor, and possible effects in this article.

Long story short: I was not blown away by what it has to offer and that caffeine content really got me wired up!

Brein Fuel Sugar Content

The sugar content of Brein Fuel is only 4 grams, which is not a lot.

Men should consume no more than 36 grams of sugar per day, and women should consume no more than 25 grams per day according to American Heart Association.

However, if you’re not careful with what you eat throughout the day, you may find yourself excessively taking sugar. You may experience the following side effects:

  • cavities
  • inflammation
  • cardiovascular disease
  • colon cancer and pancreatic cancer
  • cognitive problems
  • weight gain
  • skin aging
  • wrinkle

Although using Brein Fuel will not overwhelmingly affect your sugar intake, it’s still crucial that you consume it moderately.

Brein Fuel Caffeine Content

With 360mg of caffeine per serving, Brein Fuel packs a serious caffeine punch.

The brand sources its caffeine from unroasted green coffee beans and green tea leaves, ensuring that the energy boost will last several hours.

Technically, the FDA recommends a 400mg daily caffeine intake limit. Brein Fuel lands a little shy of that, but that’s still pretty strong.

In comparison, brands like Red Bull just have 80 mg of caffeine. That’s already strong enough for most people, imagine how much stronger Brein Fuel is.

This is why I don’t recommend the drink to people who have low caffeine tolerance. They’re more susceptible to the negative side effects that come with excessive caffeine intake.

These side effects include:

  • insomnia
  • jitters
  • anxiousness
  • fast heart rate
  • upset stomach
  • nausea
  • headache

And even if you are used to high amounts of caffeine regularly, I don’t recommend making a habit of drinking Brein Fuel. Caffeine dependence is a serious problem, so it’s always best to keep your consumption as minimal as possible to reap the benefits without the risks.

Calories In Brein Fuel Energy Drink

Brein Fuel energy drink contains 90 calories per can.

A few calories aren’t always bad, especially if you exercise regularly, but consuming more calories than you can burn can lead to health problems.

Plus, if you’re on a diet such as keto, 90 calories is already too much. This is why Brein Fuel may be unsuitable for some dietary requirements.

Women should consume approximately 2,000 calories per day, and men should consume 2,500 calories per day, according to the FDA.

When you calculate your daily calorie requirements, you must take your age, metabolic rate, and level of physical activity into account.

On the other hand, Brein Fuel could be a good pre-workout for those who do hardcore and intense gym sessions regularly.

How Many Cans of Brein Fuel Energy Drinks Can You Drink in a Day?

You should not consume more than one bottle of Brein Fuel energy drink per day.

It may be tempting to drink Brein Fuel energy drinks frequently, but it won’t be beneficial to your health in the long run.

Also, looking at its high caffeine content, I would strictly recommend not to consume more than 1 bottle in a day. In fact, if it’s your first time trying Brein Fuel, you should consume a half serving first then watch out for how it affects your body before proceeding to drink the whole bottle.

There are other ways to stay energized throughout the day besides drinking energy drinks like Brein Fuel, such as:

  • Maintaining hydration
  • Regular exercise
  • Getting vitamin D from sunlight
  • Eight hours of sleep per day

Brein Fuel Cost

The six-pack of any flavor cost around $24 if you purchase them from their official website. When you order $50 or more of Brein Fuel, you’ll receive free shipping within the United States.

Based on this amount, one bottle costs roughly $4. In my opinion, this is too expensive for an energy drink.

I know for a fact that there are great energy drink brands out there that deliver a good energy boost for less than Brein Fuel’s price. As a consumer, you have to make sure that you’re getting more bang out of your buck.

Brein Fuel Review

There are four flavor options for Brein Fuel. There is the same amount of caffeine in each product, 360mg.

  • Peach Mango
  • Citrus
  • Fruit Punch
  • Mixed Berry

Peach Mango did not taste fresh to me at all. I was looking for a certain tangy taste that I love in fruit-flavored energy drinks, but Brein Fuel did not have that. In fact, there’s even a bitter aftertaste that got me wincing.

Next, on to Fruit Punch, which also did not look promising since the liquid was chalky like it was not mixed well. The taste was sour and artificial, so off-putting I barely finished my drink.

For the most part, the caffeine boost really was pronounced and it lasted me well into the day. If the boost is your goal, Brein Fuel nicely delivers on that front. I did feel my heart pounding after drinking it and I also had trouble sleeping later that night.

But then again, that’s just me. Caffeine affects us all differently and your experience with Brein Fuel may not be similar to mine,

Conclusion

The drink is definitely a good choice for some people, but it’s not really the drink I would choose. This energy drink is incredibly caffeine-rich, so I advise you to consume it in small sips because it is so high in caffeine.

Brein Fuel gave me a significant energy boost in an hour after consuming one bottle. It also caused a slight increase in heart rate. Overall, it just isn’t suitable for me, especially in the long run.

Even though some people may find this to be a great product, I do not anticipate myself craving it anytime soon.

You can definitely try Brein Fuel and see if it’s the right drink for you. However, do keep in mind its caffeine, sugar, and calorie content and moderate your consumption. If you experience any serious side effects, consult a medical professional immediately.
