After 20-40 minutes in, the caffeine in your bloodstream will peak, ensuing an effect of awakeness and alertness and even a more focused concentration.

But after 5-6 hours, 50% of the caffeine in your bloodstream will ease off before it completely leaves your bloodstream after 12 hours, whereby you may feel more tired than usual.

Going over the daily caffeine limit (or simply having more than you can tolerate) may result in side effects such as jitteriness, insomnia, dizziness, and headaches, which are mildly inconvenient for staying productive, to say the least.

Adrenaline Shoc’s caffeine content is too close to the FDA’s approved daily limit, which basically sums up why I don’t recommend having more than one can of it per day, and even then, only if you have the tolerance for it.

Although you might think it’s healthy since it has neither sugar nor calories, we consider the caffeine content in each can, drinking it every day is a no-go.

As such, I would advise to have a different brand of energy drink if you really need your dailly caffeine fix; something a lot lower on the caffeine scale, even with some amount of sugar and calories, would p robably fare better than having 300mg every day.
