Advocare Spark is marketed as something that improves your nutrition and wellness. However, does it really live up to this claim, or is it all talk?

Before we get into much detail about the contents of Advocare Spark, I will come out and say that it is a pretty good product. It has 120 mg of caffeine, is sugar-free, and has the right mix of vitamins and minerals!

So, in that sense, Advocare Spark does work in terms of giving you a solid energy boost. But as they say, the devil is in the details, so I’ll do a deeper dive on what exactly makes Spark work effectively.

One of the main factors why Spark has been a favorite go-to energy drink of mine is its plethora of vitamins and minerals. I just think that they have an awesome blend that focuses on giving many benefits to consumers.

My caffeine tolerance levels range from 60mg to 100mg, so I dislike drinking beverages with high caffeine content.  An additional 20 mg will give me an added kick on times I want to perform extra.

I can definitely say that Spark Energy works wonders for me. It just has the right amount of caffeine that helps me work harder on gym days.

The sugar content of Spark energy drinks is zero. Instead, the drinks are sweetened with an artificial sweetener called Sucralose.

Sugar substitute sucralose is a synthetic sweetener. This means that the body cannot metabolize and break it down, so it has no calories.

Diet beverages and energy drinks commonly contain sucralose or Splenda, which is considered safe. It is a famous substitute as a little goes a long way – Sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sugar!

Since Spark Energy has no calories, it can be consumed by individuals on certain diets. However, it’s still best to partake in it moderately as no energy drink is good if it’s too much.

Taking one or two packs of Advocare Spark every now and then will not cause any serious side effects. However, it’s a different topic if you drink it in excess.

If you consume the product in moderation and do not have any allergies to its ingredients, then taking Advocare spark is not harmful to you.

It is marketed as a supplement that contains vitamins and amino acids, but I believe it isn’t as healthy as it is portrayed.

I am concerned about the high levels of B vitamins, which are far above the daily recommended intake. They are water-soluble, but it’s still best to prioritize safety.

If you use Advocare on a regular basis, consult your nutritionist or doctor to determine whether they are safe for you. Knowing your limits can help you enjoy every drop of the drink – trust me, you would want to.

Spark contains artificial flavorings and colorings as well. If continuously consumed at an excessive level, these can cause health problems.

On a positive note, Spark is sugar-free and contains amino acids and minerals. The formula boasts of a long list of vitamins combined with a reasonable amount of caffeine.

As long as you consume it in moderation, Advocare Spark provides you with an energy boost without having any actual negative effects on your health.

It definitely works – Spark gives an extra kick on days you need a little push out of the slumps. It also helps in boosting your overall health due to the nutrients it contains.

The boost lasted me a few hours and I didn’t even experience any crashing side effects! My energy levels dipped slightly, but nothing like with many other sugar-filled beverages.

Personally, I can feel that my body had the extra energy after drinking a delicious glass of Spark Energy. I find that it does not even provide me with crashes right after the effects wear off.

The list of vitamins and minerals are there to boost what you naturally have so I haven’t set any expectations of extreme magical nutrition. Take note that Spark is not a replacement for your nutritious meals.
