All the ingredients on the label are safe for consumption so obviously, the Blue edition is safe. It has a moderate caffeine level but a bit too much sugar in it. This is a turn-off for me as I prefer drinks with low sugar and more nutrients.

Drinking more than one can in a day can be risky and you may face a sugar crash right after drinking it due to a spike in sugar levels. So, it would be safe to limit your intake to one can a day.
