Therefore, there’s a very moderate level of caffeine in this beverage due to the individual’s low caffeine tolerance. If you look at the label, you’ll find a balanced fusion of nootropics and nutrients.

I would rate Sting a 7/10. 

The best thing about this beverage is that it’s not overly caffeinated. Also, it doesn’t have other caffeinated ingredients such as guarana. 

This product is suitable for vegans since all additives are from non-animal sources. 

It has only two and in some cases three vitamins that are in very minimal amounts. Here let me tell you that larger vitamin doses leave a very chalky aftertaste but the good news is that there’s no such problem with Sting, yeyy!

The only negative I found so far about this product is its extremely sweet taste due to its high sugar content. Unfortunately, there is no sugar-free version offered by Pepsico so far for Sting. 

I’d recommend only one serving in a day to keep everything safe. Pregnant and nursing women shouldn’t have this or any other energy drink.
