Unlike added sugar and high fructose corn syrup, sucralose contains no calories. as it is a zero calorie artificial sweetener.

What makes sucralose better than other artificial sweeteners is the fact that it doesn’t have a bitter aftertaste, which is a common problem for other artificial sweeteners like saccharin and cyclamate.

Sucralose is also 400–700 times sweeter than sugar which can satisfy your sugary cravings.
