Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has launched a new beverage brand called Adrenaline Shoc, an energy drink that contains natural caffeine ingredients ready to shock the energy drink market.
But I’m sure you’re already familiar with its nutrition facts and ingredients, that’s why you’re here! The main question is, where can you buy the Adrenaline Shoc?
While you can easily find an Adrenaline Shoc at your local grocery store, I highly recommend getting this drink on online sites such as Amazon and eBay for great value deals.
If you wish to find out more in detail about the list of stores, both physical and online, that you can purchase your Adrenaline Shoc from, read below!
Adrenaline Shoc Flavors
There are 10 different flavors under the Adrenaline Shoc energy drink brand:
- Shoc Wave
- Frozen Ice
- Sour Candy
- Fruit Punch
- Cotton Candy
- Acai Berry
- Peach Mango
- Blue Raspberry
- Orange Freeze
Pros Of Adrenaline Shoc
There are zero calories in a 16 fl.oz can of Adrenaline Shoc, which is perfect for your diet.
Considering that experts recommend a daily calorie limit of between 2,000 to 2,500 calories, I think Adrenaline Shoc is a healthy choice for an energy drink since it won’t take up any of your calorific intakes for the day.
However, keep in mind that the limit still depends on different factors such as your age, gender, weight and overall lifestyle.
Regardless, I still think it’s important to watch out for your calories intake throughout the day as you shouldn’t consume more or even less than what you’re supposed to.
Thus, with a relatively healthy lifestyle that includes eating right and regular exercises, I’m sure you’ll benefit a lot from Adrenaline Shoc.
Since it doesn’t contain any calories, this makes Adrenaline Shoc completely sugar-free.
For reference, the American Heart Association (AHA) recommends a daily sugar intake of no more than 25g for women and 36g for men.
Regularly going over the limit can lead to a high-sugar diet, and I’m sure you’re aware of the health consequences of consuming too much sugar. They include obesity, diabetes, heart disease and even cancer.
It’s indeed normal to indulge in the goodness of sugar once in a while. But did you know that consuming an excessive amount of sugar from a single serving can lead you to hypoglycemia?
It’s also known as a sugar crash, and it happens when overconsumption of sugar disrupts the glucose in your bloodstream, making you feel tired and slow.
That said, I would highly recommend getting Adrenaline Shoc instead of sugary energy drinks to avoid side effects and even possible health risks.
Natural Caffeine Ingredients
Apart from being calorie and sugar-free, the 300mg of caffeine in Adrenaline Shoc comes from natural blends of coffee fruit extract, guarana seed extract, green coffee beans, and yerba mate extract.
Coffee fruit extract comes from the same plant as coffee beans. This ingredient helps promote mental clarity and awareness, so it’s highly beneficial for cognitive functioning and focus.
The guarana seed extract is an ingredient popular in most energy drinks like Red Bull and Monster. It comes from the Brazilian Amazon forest and is beneficial in reducing fatigue and improves focus.
Because green coffee beans don’t go through a roasting process, this ingredient still maintains its rich nutritional values. That’s why it’s a good source of antioxidants.
Lastly, the yerba mate in Adrenaline Shoc is rich in antioxidants and other nutrients, making it beneficial for weight loss. Some people also consume it to combat fatigue.

All in all, I think this natural caffeine blend contributes to the high quality of caffeine content in Adrenaline Shoc, although I do find its quantity to be a disadvantage. I’ll explain more further down below!
Cons Of Adrenaline Shoc
High Caffeine Content
While Adrenaline Shoc uses natural caffeine ingredients, a 16 fl.oz can of this energy drink has up to 300mg of caffeine.
That’s definitely an amount you should be cautious of, especially considering that the recommended daily caffeine limit is 400mg, as stated by the FDA.
So, I would suggest having only one can of this drink per day and save it for necessary occasions. Having more than one can of this drink will make you overconsume caffeine.
Even if you have a high caffeine metabolism, it’s still best to have self-control as caffeine, despite its benefits, can cause health problems, especially if taken excessively.
That said, if you have a relatively low caffeine tolerance, you may want to opt for other energy drinks with lesser caffeine content as your body may not be able to handle the 300mg of caffeine in Adrenaline Shoc.
Artificial sweeteners, namely, Sucralose and Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K), are present in Adrenaline Shoc. These sweeteners are both non-caloric alternatives to table sugar.
Many sugar-free food products contain sweeteners since they can be 200 – 600 times sweeter than regular sugar.
While this ingredient is FDA approved as safe to consume, there are still controversies regarding its long-term effects.
A study conducted on 17 patients dealing with obesity found that their blood sugar and insulin levels have increased after consuming Sucralose. However, the effects aren’t significant on those who regularly consume this sweetener.
That said, over-consuming Ace-K may also lead to headaches, nausea and depression due to its methylene chloride content.
Looking at its potential health effects, I don’t recommend having too much of this ingredient, especially if you already have a pre-existing medical condition such as obesity.

As with other energy drinks, a 16 fl.oz can of Adrenaline Shoc is available in most physical stores such as:

Similar to Walmart, Target also offers a convenient way to do your groceries online. There’s an option for pick up, delivery, or reserve the item in-store, which is a bonus.

In my opinion, you should purchase Adrenaline Shoc from online stores such as Amazon and eBay because of their great value deals. Your order will also come in packs of multiple cans, which is better than getting individual ones.
As with other energy drink brands, I highly recommend buying yours in bulk as not only will you get to save money on the shipping fee, but you also get to enjoy the drink it whenever you want.
When you need to power through for your morning workout, or you suddenly need to stay up long hours at night to work, you get to grab it conveniently when you have some stocks at home.
But of course, my list of store locations isn’t exhaustive as there may even be better options for you out there. Regardless, it’s safe to say that I’ve done my best at giving you a guide on where and how you should buy your stock of Adrenaline Shoc.
That said, it’s best to keep in mind its high caffeine content so, you should avoid having two cans of this drink in a day.
As long as you drink Adrenaline Shoc in moderation and keep yourself healthy, I think it’s definitely worth trying. Not to mention this drink contains plenty of beneficial ingredients while also being calorie and sugar-free.
