Low on Calories

That means you don’t need to worry about extra weight when drinking 5-Hour because it has minimal effect on your overall weight. This seems to be a good choice if you want to have a boost while you are on a strict calorie-deficit diet.
Regardless, I still think it is important to watch your calorie intake and make sure you have enough calories for your body to function fully.
No Sugar

Cons of 5-Hour Energy
High Caffeine Content
Since 5-Hour has little calories and no sugar content, the 200mg of caffeine is the main source of ‘energy’ you’ll be geting from it.
Caffeine may be beneficial now and then. Too much caffeine has some serious health harm that some dieticians and health experts are eyeing over.
