Regularly consuming highly-caffeinated drinks can result in caffeine overdose or dependence. A little goes a long way, and you don’t really want to jeopardize your health just for some caffeine boost, right?
How Many Bottles of Brein Fuel Energy Drinks Can You Drink in a Day?
So if you do take a liking to Brein Fuel, I think 1/2 bottle to 1 bottle per day would serve you best.
A half bottle is equivalent to 180mg, which is already quite substantial for me. If you’re used to drinking low-caffeine drinks, then I think a half bottle is a good idea.
I only recommend drinking 1 bottle if you’re used to drinking highly-caffeinated drinks without experiencing adverse side effects and in good physical condition.
And don’t even think about going beyond 1 bottle! That’s just too much.
