Celsius On-The-Go‘s vitamin and mineral content are sufficient to provide healthy energy wherever and whenever you need it. 

Celsius On-The-Go is sugar-free and fat-free. However, it contains 200mg of caffeine, which could cause harm to your health if taken excessively or if you’re caffeine sensitive.

Its high caffeine content can definitely be off-putting for some, especially those with low caffeine tolerance. The first time I drank this drink, I had minor hand jitters and could not sleep the following night; although I’d classify myself as having a high caffeine tolerance, the drink had significant effects on me.

There are 20 calories per serving of Celsius-On-the-Go.

I’d say that’s low and can easily be burned off if you work out or exercise. Calories determine how much energy potential the food contains. It is just as important to consider the source of the calories as the calories themselves.

Some calories are classified as “healthy,” while some are “empty calories” that provide no health benefits. Human bodies require calories in order to sustain themselves. A lack of energy would kill the body’s cells, cause the heart and lungs to stop beating, and prevent the organs from performing the essential functions needed for survival.

20 calories are relatively low compared to our baseline recommended amount of calories, which ranges around 2000-2500 calories per day.

Celsius On-The-Go does not contain any added sugar.

In order to maintain a healthy diet, we must limit our intake of sugar and sweets. People who want to restrict their calorie and carb intake often use sugar substitutes.

Due to a chemical modification, sucralose is 600 times sweeter than sugar and contains no calories at all. That’s sugar magic in my opinion.

This increases the caloric content to 3.36 calories per gram, thanks to dextrose (glucose) and maltodextrin in Splenda. The added calories and carbohydrates from Splenda are minimal, however, since you only need a small amount of it each time.

Does Celsius On-The-Go Really Boost Metabolism and Burn Calories?

Calorie-burning ingredients are part of Celsius On-The-Go, but not in the way it is marketed.

The proprietary blend MetaPlus in Celsius accelerates metabolism and increases caloric burn by determining thermogenesis. The ingredients of the drink include green tea extract, egg, guarana extract, taurine, and ginger root extract.

The thermogenic effects of Celsius are likely attributable to a proprietary combination of several physiologically active ingredients, including caffeine, green tea, and perhaps guarana extract.

This temporary metabolic change is caused solely by the caffeine content.

There are three distinct types of caffeine in Celsius On-The-Go: caffeine, green tea extracts, and guarana extracts.

Caffeine is a naturally occurring stimulant among coffee, tea, and cocoa plants. The drug activates the central nervous system and the brain, preventing you from falling asleep while it prevents fatigue.

People who are drowsy or tired can use caffeine to improve their alertness or wakefulness. Furthermore, caffeine can be found in weight loss supplements, headache medications, and widespread energy beverages.

It improves brain function, which is crucial to Parkinson’s disease treatment, and enhances thinking and alertness. Neurotransmitters, which are molecules found in the brain, are thought to activate the nervous system, the heart, and the muscles when caffeine is consumed.

200 mg is a moderate amount of caffeine and it will provide a solid boost for you. But you do need to keep your intake to one sachet only since 200 mg may already be too much for those who have low caffeine tolerance.

Cranberry lemon and dragonfruit lime are two of my favorite flavors, and I must say they are delicious. The first is a mixed fruit beverage flavored with cranberry and lemon. The citrus flavor is accompanied by a sweet delicious flavor, making it unforgettable. I like this flavor very much.

The dragonfruit lime flavor is also tasty. Dragonfruit is already one of my favorite fruits, and it’s even better in drink format; it’s combined with a tangy citrus flavor, which just delighted my taste buds. I definitely recommend you try it.

This orange flavor really didn’t appeal to me. Honestly, I was disappointed. It’s rather bland and lacks any spark. The orange flavor in this particular Celsius drink did not match my taste buds, despite me enjoying orange flavors. It had a weird chalky aftertaste which made me want to puke my intestines out. Let’s just say the entire can was in the trash can in the next 2 minutes.

Celsius-on-the-Go definitely works due to its moderate caffeine content!

Although since 200 mg can be high already for some, I suggest that you keep to one serving a day only. Other than that, the drink is sugar-free so it can cater to a variety of dietary needs.

It also contains a low 20 calories, so you can definitely use Celsius-On-the-Go for your gym and workout sessions since it can give you additional energy.

All in all, the drink is effective and can be a dependable energy drink choice for the long run. However, do test first how the drink will affect you since you may have a lower caffeine tolerance than you thought!
